2021-2025 universal accessibility plan

From June 15 to July 5, 2020

An online public consultation invited the public to let us know about the obstacles and challenges they encountered while using the regular or paratransit service.

Thanks to the feedback received from the 239 respondents, we identified measures to be implemented in the 2021-2025 universal accessibility plan.
